Our services do not include guarantees of visa approval, as final decisions rest solely with government immigration authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Submit authentic documents without alterations or falsifications
• Meet all financial obligations for services rendered
• Adhere to deadlines for document submissions
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances
• Comply with all immigration laws and regulations

We reserve the right to terminate services if we discover false information or non-compliance with these requirements.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Service Fees

Our fees are structured as follows:

• Consultation fees (non-refundable)
• Service fees for application processing
• Government application fees (paid directly to authorities)
• Additional charges for premium services (if applicable)

4.2 Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required to commence services
• Balance due before final submission of applications
• Payments accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or demand draft
• Late payments may result in service delays or termination

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

• 100% refund if we cancel services without cause (excluding consultation fees)
• No refunds after application submission to authorities
• Partial refunds may be considered for services not yet rendered
• No refunds for visa denials by government authorities

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and materials provided during consultations, including:

• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Forms, templates, and checklists
• Proprietary assessment methodologies
• Training materials and guides

are the exclusive property of RGK Visa & Immigration and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

RGK Visa & Immigration shall not be liable for:

• Visa rejections or delays by government authorities
• Changes in immigration laws or policies
• Client-provided inaccurate or incomplete information
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
• Third-party service provider actions
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, with the following exceptions:

• When required by law or court order
• When necessary to process applications with government agencies
• When implied consent exists for reference purposes
• When information is already publicly available

Clients consent to our use of case details (without personal identifiers) for training and quality improvement purposes.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

• Do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content
• Are not liable for any damages from using third-party services

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice under these conditions:

• By Client: With 15 days written notice; fees for services rendered remain payable
• By RGK: For non-payment, misrepresentation, or breach of terms
• Automatic Termination: Upon completion of contracted services or mutual agreement

Upon termination, clients must settle all outstanding fees and return any proprietary materials.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between parties (30 days)
2. Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
3. If unresolved, arbitration in Kaithal, Haryana under Indian Arbitration Act

The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to reasonable legal fees.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be:

• Posted on our website with updated "Last Updated" date
• Effective immediately for new clients
• Effective 30 days after posting for existing clients

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, remaining terms remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right doesn't constitute waiver
• Assignment: Clients may not transfer rights without written consent
• Notices: Official communications must be in writing to our registered address
